Khloemay Loy: Woman stabbed to death in south London hotel named by police

A young woman stabbed to death at a hotel in south east London has been named by police as Khloemay Loy.

Police and ambulance workers found the victim, 23, suffering from serious injuries in the Holiday Inn on Bugsby's Way, Greenwch, just after 10pm on Sunday.

She was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem found that she died of a single stab wound to the neck.

A man in his thirties, believed to be known to Ms Loy, has been arrested in connection with her death. He "fell from height" at hotel, police said, and is in a critical condition in hospital.

Specialist Crime officers have launched an investigation.

At this stage detectives do not believe anyone else was involved in Ms Loy's death.
