Man, 20, rushed to hospital after stabbing in Kilburn High Road

A 20-year-old is in hospital after being stabbed in Kilburn High Road on Wednesday morning, while police continue to hunt his attacker.

Police and paramedics were called to reports of a fight taking place in the busy north-west London high street about 7am.

The man was found at the scene with knife injuries.

A number of police cordons have been set up as officers invstigate what happened.

The stabbing is understood to have taken place outside Kodak Express Kilburn.

“Serious incident outside our shop. Police cordon in place,” said a post on the shop’s Twitter account.

The victim was taken to a north London hospital, with injuries described by police as “not life-threatening”.

A Scotland Yard spokesperson said on Wednesday afternoon: “A number of crime scenes were established in the surrounding area.

“There have been no arrests. Enquiries are ongoing to trace the suspect.”
