A 17-year-old boy has been left fighting for life and two young men injured in three separate stabbings across London.

The teenager was in a critical condition in hospital overnight after being found with stab wounds in Harrow, north-west London on Sunday evening.

A man aged in his 20s was rushed to hospital with stab injuries after police were called to Southwell Road, Lambeth, at around 6.20pm. Police said he was in a "serious but stable" condition.

A 20-year-old man was also found with stab injuries in Northolt after police were called to Wilsmere Drive at around 7pm.

His condition was initially described as life-threatening but is now said to be stable.

A male was arrested near to the scene and taken into custody at a west London police station.

The 17-year-old was found in Coles Crescent, Harrow, after police were alerted to the incident at 8.11pm.

He was still in a critical condition on Monday morning.

No arrests have been in connection to the Lambeth or Northolt stabbings, Scotland Yard said.

Meanwhile, a man stabbed to death near a north London Tube station on Saturday night has been named as Edmond Jonuzi.

The 35-year-old Albanian national was found seriously injured on Greens Lane near Turnpike Lane station at just after 9.45pm.

He is believed to have been stabbed during an altercation between two groups of males in the area of Ducketts Common, Scotland Yard said.

The force has launched a murder investigation and a post-mortem examination is due to take place.

No arrests have yet been made.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan is set to meet Home Secretary Sajid Javid today to discuss plans to tackle the “scourge of serious violence across Britain”.
