A moped rider is in a critical condition in hospital after a collision in Poplar.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident in Leamouth Road at about 12:13am on August 18.
Officers and paramedics from London Ambulance Service were called by a member of the public after a 27-year-old man was found with serious injuries.
He was taken to an east London hospital and remains in a critical but stable condition.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or the events leading up to the collision is asked to all the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8597 4874.
