Detectives investigating the murder of a teenager who died after a lump of concrete was thrown at his car have charged a third man with violent disorder.
Student Nassem Galleze, 17, was killed after the Vauxhall Corsa he was travelling in collided with a lamppost on the Turnham Estate in Brockley, south-east London, on September 26.
Shiloh Moore, 21, of Elmbridge Walk, Blackstone Estate in Hackney, east London, is due to appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court charged with violent disorder.
Tershan Thompson-Williams, 21, and 22-year-old Remi Moore have previously appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court charged with the same offence.
Following his son's death, Nassem's father, Hakim, said: "I am numb with pain. Every time my phone rings or there's a knock at the door, I pray it is Nassem. Our beloved Nassem's life has been brutally ended and my family are devastated.
"People will have seen what happened and they will have heard things; you might be thinking, 'Do I talk to the police?' Take a look at the car where my son died and you know there's only one thing to do for Nassem and our family. Please assist the police."
Scotland Yard said it is believed the vehicle came under attack on the Turnham estate and that the block was hurled as it made to leave, smashing the windscreen and causing it to crash.
The suspects ran off, leaving passers-by to rush to the aid of Nassem and the two friends who had been in the car with him.
Thompson-Williams, of Seagar Place, Deptford, in south-east London, will next appear at Woolwich Crown Court on November 6. Moore, of Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, east London, is due at the same court on October 16.
