Two men have been charged with murder after an innocent young man was gunned down in north-west London.

Oliver Tetlow, 27, suffered injuries to his chest and stomach after a hail of bullets was fired from a Skorpion machine gun on the Church End estate in Harlesden.

Neighbours tried to resuscitate him but he died from his injuries on March 9 just before 10pm.

A post-mortem examination at Northwick Park Hospital gave the cause of death as gunshot wounds.

Romarne Young, 22, from Kilburn, and Mohamed Siamino, 19, from Acton, were charged with murder yesterday.

They will appear in custody at Hendon Magistrates’ Court today.

Mr Tetlow's aunt, Kamilla Richards, told the Standard after the his death: "He had nothing to do with it, he was an innocent bystander. The situation has nothing to do with him."
