A teenager has been knifed to death in London’s fourth fatal stabbing in four days as a huge brawl broke out at a warehouse party.

The 18-year-old was stabbed in the early hours of Thursday morning at the venue in Coronation Road, near Park Royal Tube station.

Police said 50 or more people could have been present at the party when a brawl broke out inside the venue.

Fighting spilled out into the industrial estate where the victim was knifed, police believe.

Another man suffered a head injury during the violence.

Emergency services rushed to the scene just after 2.30am to find the victim suffering from knife wounds.

He was rushed to hospital but, despite doctors battling to save his life, was pronounced dead around two hours later.

Detective Chief Inspector Luke Marks, who is leading the investigation, said: "At this early stage we believe the victim had attended a party at a warehouse type venue on an industrial estate in Coronation Road.

“It's believed around 40 to 50 people were there but it may have been more.

"At some point an altercation began inside, and then may have spilled outside, which resulted in the victim being stabbed.

“Another man was treated at the scene for a head injury and it may be that others were injured too - we would appeal for those people to come forward.

"At this stage we don't know what sparked the altercation and we would appeal for any witnesses or anyone with information to speak to us as soon as possible."

One neighbouring business owner said the party had taken place in an old car showroom near a number of mechanics’ shops.

He claimed local businesses had complained to the council and police in recent months about scenes of havoc there at night, with people pulling up in cars well into the early morning.

He said: “Nobody took care of that place. They should’ve stopped these people a long time ago.

“I hope the authorities will do something now.”

The latest incident comes after three people were stabbed to death in the space of 24 hours on Monday.
