Police are hunting three suspected burglars who were caught on CCTV as they allegedly tried to break into a house in Wimbledon.

Police say the suspects attempted to break into a house in Belvedere Drive, between 3pm on March 30 and 1.25pm the following day.

But the homeowner’s security alarm rang and the trio apparently left before they could steal anything.

The men were captured on CCTV overlooking the front of the house trying to gain entry, police said.

Officers have released footage of three men they want to speak to connection with the incident.
