Police are hunting for a thug who punched a man in the face and left him unconscious on an east London street.

The 32-year-old victim was enjoying a night out in Hoxton with friends when he was attacked in Hoxton Street.

His attacker then walked towards Hoxton Square and assaulted two other men in the early hours of November 29, police said.

Detective investigating the assaults today released CCTV footage of a man they want to question.

He is white, 6'0", aged in his mid-20s with short blonde hair. He was wearing a grey cardigan, jeans and white trainers, a spokesman for Scotland Yard said.

Anyone with information can contact Detective Constable Anwen Clissold via 101, quoting reference 4628812/14 or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
