Rape scene: Jubilee Park in Enfield

A man will appear at the Old Bailey today charged with the rape of an 11-year-old girl on her way home from school.
Opemipo Jaji, 18, is also charged with attempted rape following the attack on the schoolgirl in Enfield, north London, on Friday November 23.
The victim, who was dressed in her school uniform, was walking along Galliard Road and was dragged inside Jubilee Park to the pitch and putt area where she was raped.
She returned home after the ordeal between 7.45pm and 8pm and police were immediately called.
She was taken to hospital where she was treated for serious injuries and underwent surgery.
