Celebration: the limited edition peanut butter and jelly doughnut

The ultimate American snack is on sale at Selfridges to celebrate the 4th of July.
The peanut butter and jelly (or jam as us Brits call it) donuts are available at Selfridges stores across the UK for one day only today.
The treat, which costs £1.65, is a one-off creation for American Independence Day.
The Krispy Kreme PBJ, as it is being called, is filled with a smooth peanut butter cream and sweet raspberry jam, then hand dipped in a peanut butter icing.
As well as the new doughnut, anyone with an American passport can claim a free original glazed doughnut from Krispy Kreme shops today.
