A studio flat with a shower in its kitchen is on the rental market in west London.
The bedsit, which has a price tag of just £95 per week, is described by sellers as a "spacious single studio with kitchenette and own shower, pine furniture and double bed."
But pictures used to advertise the flat reveal an unusual quirk, as the shower is in its kitchenette - possibly helping explain its bargain price.
Situated in sought-after Chiswick's Ravenscroft Road, the flat is close to the high street which letting agents Flatland, say "is home to a wealth of fabulous amenities, including Harvey Nichols, Waitrose, Caffe Nero."
The flat also benefits from "plenty of spacious, green areas close by", including Acton Green Common, Chiswick Common and Turnham Green.
The advert also boasts of the area's good transport links, saying: "the nearest tube station is Chiswick Park (District Line), while Turnham Green Tube Station is well served by both District and Piccadilly Lines. The London Overground is accessible via South Acton station."
However, according to a Gumtree advert posted on Wednesday, the flat has been empty since the beginning of November, perhaps due to the somewhat unconventional layout.
Flatland has been approached for comment.
It comes as it was revealed that a million Londoners are in families who have more than half their income gobbled up by the sky-high rents in the capital.
Research by the Resolution Foundation think tank found that a quarter of renters spend more than half their monthly earnings just on keeping a roof over their heads.
