Man, 42, in hospital after plunging from window in Tottenham

A man was rushed to hospital today after plunging from a window in north London.

The 42-year-old man is believed to have fallen from a first-floor apartment in St Loy’s Road, Tottenham, at about 5.50pm.

He was treated at the scene for neck, back and chest injuries by paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.

The road was sealed off by police.

Fire crews also assisted with the incident, London Fire Brigade said.

Police await an update on the man’s condition.

A Met Police spokesman said: “Officers from Haringey remain on scene. No arrests and enquiries continue.

“At this stage the incident is not believed to be suspicious."
