A dormitory-style studio flat with twin beds and a tiny kitchen is up for rent for £1,400 a month in north-west London.
An advert for the small apartment in leafy west Hampstead, which comes complete with two single beds, was posted online this week.
Flat-hunters are being offered the furnished property for just over £320 per week.
Online letting agent OpenRent described the home as a “modern twin-bed studio flat in the quiet tree lined street of West End Lane”.
The rental comes with an en-suite shower and a kitchenette and is open to students and workers.
There is no living area included in the home but a television is fixed to a wall above one of the beds. It contains only one window.
The beds appear to be fixed to the walls, which means the layout of the room cannot be changed.
According to the agent, it is within a five-minute walking distance of West Hampstead underground station.
It is the latest listing in a trend of bizarre small properties available in London.
In April, another studio flat with a shower in the kitchen went on the market in Chiswick.
And it also emerged that renters were being offered a room in a shipping container in Bethnal Green for £700 per month in May.
