A mattress on a bedroom floor is available to rent in an “amazing location” in London – but you will have to stump up a staggering £430 a month.
The single mattress, in a flat in Harrington Street - just a stone's throw from Euston, is billed as a “room to share [in an] amazing location in three-bed clean/furnished flat”.
Positioned at the foot of a double bed, the room share is said to be ideal for someone who cleans after themselves and is nice to others.
The poster of the Gumtree advert has even handily outlined the mattress so potential roommates are not confused by which bed they would be taking.
The advert states: “This is one room to share.
“A BIG clean room in amazing location, to share with a nice, clean male in his 30s. Contains a single bed, wardrobe, heater, desk.
“It’s a quiet room in a flat share with 2 other rooms with professionals age 27-34, easygoing and friendly.”
The flat also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and small social area.
