She hardly looks old enough but Justine Simons has spent 10 years as head of Culture at the Mayor’s office and night celebrated at the Corinthia Hotel.

Simons is the brains behind the Fourth Plinth concept, Trafalgar Square’s public art space, and orchestrated the Cultural Olympiad. Other guests toasting her successes included GQ editor Dylan Jones, Sir Cameron Mackintosh, and British Fashion Council head Harold Tillman.
