This interactive tool allows users to find out who has won election in their constituency.
As results are declared throughout Thursday night and into Friday morning, the database will update to show who has been elected - or re-elected - to Parliament.
The tool will include details of the number of votes each candidate won and what share of the total vote that translates as.
Data will be available for all of the 650 seats across the UK which are being contested as Labour leader Ed Miliband battles incumbent Prime Minister David Cameron for the keys to Number 10.
The information will allow the impact of Labour's predicted gains in London to be put into context.
Ed Miliband's party raced to a 13 point lead in a London poll for the Evening Standard in the days before the election.
Labour were polling at 46 per cent in London, with the Conservatives on 33 per cent and Nick Clegg's Liberal Democrats in third place on nine per cent.
