After 'noticing unusual activity' on its page for tell-all Harry and Meghan biography Finding Freedom, Amazon has put a limit on reviews for the book.

According to the Daily Mail, when fans of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex noticed an inordinate number of negative reviews under the book they took to social media to call on fellow 'Sussex Squad' supporters to bump up the star rating.

Attempts to review Finding Freedom, written by royal reporters Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, are now met with this message: 'Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews.'

Fans were reportedly responding to 1-star reviews calling the book a 'puff piece' - many of which were posted on the day the book was published on 11th August.

One Twitter fan of the couple also informed their followers: “There is an organized effort to leave bad reviews for Finding Freedom on Amazon and to mark hateful reviews as 'helpful' so they appear first."
