It’s the busiest week of the month known in the industry as ‘Techtober’.

Apple, Google and Samsung all hold launch events this week.

We spoke to tech Youtuber Supersaf about what’s coming up.

Facebook wants to get 10,000 new staff to work on a so-called ‘metaverse’.

It’s basically a virtual online world, where people can chat, work and game - mostly using Virtual Reality headsets.

But, you might want to hold off on buying a VR headset just yet - bosses at the social network say their planned new virtual world is likely to take about 10-15 years to develop.

A group of top information security experts are warning that new tech which can scan your phone for files is a threat to democracy.

It’s called CSS or ‘Client-Side Scanning’ - which is a way of searching for files on a personal device, without them being shared with someone else.
