Moment Boris Johnson has hat 'nibbled' as he meets a cheetah

Olivia Tobin18 February 2019

Boris Johnson met a cheetah face-to-face and had his hat “nibbled” by the animal.

The former foreign secretary shared a video of him cosying up to cheetah named Saba on Sunday.

Mr Johnson said he was visiting the big cat to write about the work of endangered animals charity the Aspinall Foundation.

Dressed in a London Underground hat and coat, Mr Johnson was inches away from the lightning fast predator.

He wrote: “This weekend I went to Howletts Park where I met Saba the cheetah who will soon be released into the wild.

“He nibbled my hat. You can see I was totally calm and at ease.”
