The brick-built cube, with just a door and perspex roof, is on the market for offers in the region of £19,950.
The 44 sq ft building is in Truro, Cornwall, and must be one of the country's smallest office buildings.
It is being offered for sale with a 125-year lease by Stratton and Holborrow in Truro.
