Tom Hiddleston has reportedly got engaged to Zawe Ashton.
All eyes were on the celebrity couple after the actress, 37, was seen wearing a huge diamond ring at the BAFTAs over the weekend, despite her hiding her hand while walking the red carpet.
It has been claimed the pair were congratulated by their friends at the ceremony.
A diamond sparkler could be seen on her wedding hand while she took a selfie with AJ Odudu.
Earlier in the evening, Zawe joked she was not going to be working with her love for some time.
She told The Mirror: ““I’ve been working with Tom on stage for a year solid - every night - so now we need at least two years apart now!”
On the red carpet, Hiddleston and Ashton were the picture of love as the smiling couple walked hand-in-hand while posing for photographs.
The Standard has approached Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton’s representatives for further comment.
Sparks flew when Hiddleston and Ashton met on the set of 2019 West End play Betrayal in London which tells the story of an extramarital affair.
It was reported the couple had moved in together in Atlanta, Georgia in 2020.
They went public with their romance on the red carpet for the Tony Awards in America in 2021.
Romance was in the air when the couple jetted off to Ibiza for a beach holiday in September last year.
They were seen sharing kisses on the beach in a rare display of public affection.
Mostly the duo have kept their romance very low-key, despite both being part of the showbiz world.
In contrast, Hiddleston previously had a very public romance with Taylor Swift in 2016.
After the split, he told The New York Times: “‘Yes, I’m protective about my internal world now in probably a different way. That’s because I didn’t realise it needed protecting before.”
