Canadian police have found two bodies believed to be a pair of teen murder suspects accused of three killings.
Nineteen-year-old Kam McLeod and 18-year-old Bryan Schmegelsky have been charged with of second-degree murder in the death of a university lecturer.
They are also suspects in the murders of a North Carolina woman and her Australian boyfriend.
The pair have been on the run for nearly three weeks with no confirmed sightings since July 22.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police Assistant Commissioner Jane MacLatchy said on Wednesday authorities located two male bodies in dense bush, which they believe are the pair.
She said she is confident it is them but an autopsy will confirm the identities.
Police said on Tuesday items belonging to the pair were found along the Nelson River in Manitoba.
The two bodies were located a kilometre from the items.
