Five people - including the toddler - had gone to the JTB luxury apartment complex at Southside, Jacksonville around 10pm on Saturday to meet with some people about the purchase of the pet.

Witnesses told police two men fled in a black sedan car. No suspects have been identified.

Mr Stronko said the two adults killed and the one wounded were all in their 20s, adding to reporters: “We have just about as many questions regarding this incident as you do right now and it’s very earl

“All of our detectives are talking with the living victims and the witnesses.”

No names have been released.
