A grinning Tony Blair has been pictured at a star-studded Hollywood party helping Sylvester Stallone carry actress Kate Hudson.
The bizarre photo shows the former PM standing next to Cirque du Soleil acrobats and the Rocky star at a glitzy A-list bash in Los Angeles.
Almost Famous actress Hudson posted the photo on Instagram with the caption: “Don’t know how this happened….but it did!”
The ex-Labour leader was at the celebrity party rubbing shoulders with stars including the Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger.
It was held in Beverly Hills and held by Michael Kives, an agent at the Creative Artists Agency.
People took to social media to react to the surprising photo of Mr Blair.
Londoner Jordan Lee said on Twitter: “Who would have thought Tony Blair and Kate Hudson would be friends?”
Karl Taylor wrote: “So yeah this is Kate Hudson at a party last night where she got picked up by Tony Blair, Sylvester Stallone and some gymnasts... What."
It is the second time Mr Blair has found himself reported alongside someone named Kate Hudson - although not the same person. Kate Hudson, a British activisit with the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, spoke out about the politician earlier this year.
