People hoping to attend Buckingham Palace gardens next summer to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Queen's Coronation will have to pay up to £90 for a ticket, it has been revealed.

Up to 60,000 people are expected to attend the four-day Coronation Festival between July 11 and 14 next year.

The Royal Warrant Holders Association is hosting the event, which will showcase over 200 of the brands who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to the Households of The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh or The Prince of Wales.

But it has emerged that day-time tickets will cost £30 per person, and evening tickets, which will include access to the Coronation Gala, will cost £90 per person.

The evening will see music and dance being performed at the venue, with the Coronation Gala celebrating cultural life during the reign of Her Majesty, showcasing the achievements of this age.

The festival will be split into four showcase areas: Design and Technology, Food and Drink, Style Pursuits and Pastimes, and Homes and Gardens.

There will also be a section for The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST), the charitable arm of the Royal Warrant Holders Association, which helps financially disadvantaged crafts people to further their skills through the funding of higher education and training.

Tickets will be on sale for the event from December 16.
