Pigeons are taking over the world. Uniting as a collective consciousness, flocks of urban pigeons seek total world domination. All that stands between them and victory is the Pigeon Resistance, a popular international movement rooted in the Internet.

Stuck in the middle in London is Ant, a web developer who finds himself caught up in what may just be the end of the world. Ant is a member of Generation X++, born in the 1970s and about to inherit the earth. Struggling with the disillusionment he sees in an everyday life of rain, trains and console games, he watches as the people closest to him tear themselves apart over the Pigeon Conspiracy. Will he be carried away too, or will he unleash a few surprises of his own?

Set in a world where reality and fiction are interchangeable for a generation that has never really known the difference, The Pigeon Conspiracy examines the power of ideas and the ability of technology to massively accelerate their growth.

Andrew Wood is a member of Generation X++. He was born in Zimbabwe in 1977, grew up in South Africa and currently lives in London, where he makes websites for a living.
