Kanye West stormed onto the stage at last night’s Grammys in protest at Beck being awarded the gong for best album ahead of Beyoncé.

The rapper seemed intent on repeating the stunt he pulled at the the MTV Video Music Awards a few years ago when he took to the stage to protest Taylor Swift’s triumph over his friend Beyoncé at the.

The singer, who is married to Kim Kardashian, made a brief appearance onstage alongside Beck when he won for his album Morning Phase.

It appeared he may have been poking fun at himself at the Grammys though as he smiled and quickly left the stage. Footage of Beyoncé and husband Z looking on shows the pair laughing at his actions.

Speaking to reporters later on, West launched into a scathing attack on the event organisers.

He told Khloe Kardashian, who was reporting at the awards for for E!: "We ain't gonna play with them no more.
