Justin Bieber meets screaming fans during surprise appearance at high school prom
Justin Bieber delighted hoards of teenage girls when he made a surprise appearance at their high school prom in South Carolina.
Bieber, 21, was on his way to a recording studio that was at the same location as Chatsworth Charter High School’s prom when he made the impromptu decision of turning up unannounced, according to Hollywood Life.

Predictably mayhem ensued as pupils attempted to dance and take selfies with the Canadian singer.
Bieber didn’t have to worry about being left on the bench awaiting someone to ask him to dance as he was mobbed by pupils all night.

One girl was lucky enough to grab the singer's attention for a short dance. Clearly ecstatic at the prospect of dancing with Bieber at her school prom she uploaded a video of the moment alongside the caption: "I DANCED WITH @justinbiener AT MY PROM."
Another wrote: "THANK YOU @justinbiener FOR THE BEST PROM."
Bieber himself seemed pleased with his decision to gate crash the event and tweeted: "@CCHSRoyals always wanted to go to prom. Thanks for having me. #promcrasher :)."
