Kim Kardashian’s surrogate due to give birth ‘any day now’

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are gearing up to welcome baby number three as their surrogate is reportedly ready to give birth.

The power couple’s third child will be delivered “any day now” according to Entertainment Tonight source, who said the pair are “fully prepared and can’t wait to bring their baby home”.

Kardashian – who already has daughter North, four, and two-year-old son Saint – opted for a surrogate over fears for her health after she suffered with placenta accreta during her previous pregnancies, as well as toxaemia while carrying Saint.

The reality TV star said using a surrogate has been harder than carrying her own child as she has not been in control.

Speaking on Keeping Up with the Kardashians she said: “It’s frustrating to not be able to do it on your own. It’s a weird dynamic.

“Like, I go to all the doctor’s appointments and I try to be really present, but when you’re not carrying it yourself it is such a fine balance of how much you’re going to be in their lives.”

Despite her frustration at not being able to carry her own child, she said she completely trusts her surrogate, who she was in contact with for a year before finalising the surrogacy.

“Of course I want to know every last detail that’s going on with my baby and that’s super frustrating, but I really trust my surrogate and I don’t want to be that person that’s trying to control her every move,” she said.

“It’s going to be a long hard process but I’m going to take it one day at a time and hopefully it just gets easier.”

Kardashian’s child could be one of three new additions to the famous family. Her sister Khloe Kardashian recently ended months of speculation to reveal she is expecting her first child with boyfriend, and NBA star, Tristan Thompson, and half-sister Kylie Jenner is reportedly pregnant.

The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan is said to be around six months pregnant with boyfriend Travis Scott’s child, but she has yet to publicly comment on the reports.
