Mariah Carey has revealed that her “technological genius” young son Moroccan once ordered a dog online.

The A-Lister admitted that she has to control her seven-year-old twins with Nick Cannon, Moroccan and Monroe, when they use the iPad because they are so good with the technology.

But Carey confessed that they probably need a closer eye on them because her son, who was six at the time, once managed to order a dog online – after racking up a $5000 bill for online shopping.

Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she said: “My son is like a technological genius. I have to control them with iPads because literally he charged $5,000 on Amazon.

“The other night apparently he was with Nick and he ordered a dog. They called him and they were like, ‘Your dog is ready.’ And he was like, ‘I didn’t order any damn dog!”

When asked by the host what happened to the furry friend, Carey explained that they cancelled the pooch because they have enough pets.

Carey and Cannon split in 2016 but have been seen at many events with their young children, posing for adorable snaps in matching outfits at the Kids Choice Awards earlier this year.

The Touch My Body artist spoke candidly and openly to PEOPLE about living with the condition.

Carey told them: “I didn’t want to believe it. Until recently I lived in denial and isolation and in constant fear someone would expose me.

“It was too heavy a burden to carry and I simply couldn’t do that anymore. I sought and received treatment, I put positive people around me and I got back to doing what I love — writing songs and making music.”
