Mel B has spoken out for the first time following rumours that her husband Stephen Belafonte had hit her, which he said were “disgusting and untrue”.

The Speculation had arisen when Mel, 39, was forced to pull out of the first X Factor live final after being hospitalised. She was replaced by former judge Tulisa before returning to the show.
