Michael Bublé has revealed that son Noah is back home and recovering after being hospitalised with 'serious burns'.

The singer, whose two-year-old son was rushed to hospital last week, tweeted his thanks to fans on Thursday, confirming that the youngster is now 'happy' and 'healthy'.

He posted a picture of a footprint in the sand, writing: "Thank you for the love and concern you have shown for our little guy. He's home healthy and happy. Love you all."

While neither the Canadian singer not his model wife Luisana Lopilato have confirmed what happened, it is thought that the toddler was injured when he was scalded by boiling water in an accident at home.

Lopilato reportedly rushed her son to A&E on Thursday when Bublé, 39, is thought to have been out of the country.

The next day she tweeted: "My son is really well. God willing we'll be able to go home soon."

Just a few days before, the singer had tweeted about the Father's Day gifts that Noah and Lopilato had left him, posting a photo of a chocolate chip cookie with his son's face on it.

The 28-year-old model shared a snap of her husband and son in bed together, captioning it: "You.... You are the best dad ever @michaelbuble !!! We love you!! #happyfathersday ."
