Celebrities have been sharing their cold weather snaps as Britain shivers and snow falls around the country.

The Beast from the East swept in earlier this week, bringing with it wintery conditions, with most of the country waking up to snow on Wednesday morning.

Stars from Holly Willoughby to Amanda Holden have shared their picturesque views with their social media followers, as well as adorable snaps of their children braving the cold to play outside.

Alongside a heart emoji and a snowflake, Britain’s Got Talent judge Holden posted a photo of her “beautiful school run” while Fearne Cotton opted to share a shot taken indoors as she gazed out at the snow – although she later ventured out wrapped up warm.

Strictly Come Dancing stars Mollie King and Gemma Atkinson also braved the freezing temperatures for a wander outside with The Saturdays singer lwearing a white beanie as she stepped out while Atkinson enjoyed a snowball fight with her radio co-host Matt Haslam.

Reality star Sam Faiers gushed over the weather with an adorable snap of her baby daughter Rosie snoozing in the snow scene, captioned: “The snow isn’t that thick in Hertfordshire, but the sun & that fresh feel in the air is the best.

“Wish I was Rosie right now . #wrappedup #snow #snoozing #fresh.”

This Morning host Willoughby captured the white London South Bank while her co-host and avid Snapchat user Phillip Schofield took videos of the weather outside the studio.

However, not everybody in the world of showbiz is enamoured with the weather as Made in Chelsea’s Millie Mackintosh declared that it was “so cold” while Love Island star Olivia Buckland blasted the snow for “starting to annoy her”.
