Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes ‘get married in secret ceremony’ after five years together

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have reportedly wed in a secret ceremony.

The A-list pair, who started dating back in 2011 are thought to have tied the knot surrounded by close friends and family earlier this year.

According to reports, Gosling, 35, and Mendes, 42, have been keeping their marital status under wraps.

“Eva and Ryan have always felt like a married couple,” a source told US Weekly. “They are infatuated with each other.”

Mendes, who met Gosling on the set of Beyond The Pines, gave birth to their first daughter, Esmeralda back in 2014 and Amada in April this year.

Speaking about his family, Gosling recently said: “I’m a lucky man. We couldn’t be happier. They are so sweet.”

The famously private star even opened up to Elle DeGeneres about fatherhood back in May this year.

“I take my little girl to the park, and we always write her name in chalk, and some kid has been erasing her name and writing their name over it,” he said.

“And this kid has access to an unfair amount of chalk. My little girl doesn't care; she's like, 'Well, let's just chalk anywhere else.' And I'm like, 'No! They're disrespecting your mother because she gave you this name, and they're erasing it.

“So the only way to really get back at them is to erase their name. And not disrespect their mother, but definitely put her on notice.”
