Scott Disick has reportedly checked out of rehab and plans to sue the facility for a photo that was leaked of him checking in.

According to TMZ, Disick had been at the all Points North Lodge in Edwards, Colorado since last Tuesday.

Despite reports that Disick had checked in due to substance abuse issues, Disick’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said that he had checked in due to his grief over the death of his parents.

"In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas,” he told TMZ.
