X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini showed her acts how to do it as she took to the stage for a raucous performance on last night's live show.

Arriving on stage in a sizzling white cop top and thigh-high boots, the former Girls Aloud star performed her new single I Don't Care on Sunday night's results show.

Despite accusations from some that she was miming, Cheryl produced a raunchy performance, strutting around the stage with her dancers.

Multi-Grammy-Award-winning singer John Legend performed a medley of hits earlier in the evening, leaving the cavernous Wembley Arena in stunned silence during a stripped-back rendition of Ordinary People.

With the least public votes it was 20-year-old fishmonger Lola Saunders who was kicked off the show.

Choosing a powerful rendition of (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman for the sing-off, the young Geordie was eliminated from the competition after a sing off with group Stereo Kicks.

Saunders was booted out after the judges failed to come to a majority verdict.

Louis Walsh and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini both saved their own acts, whilst Mel B saved Stereo Kicks and Simon Cowell saved Lola, causing the voting to go to deadlock.

Speaking after her elimination, Lola said: "I tried the best that I could at the end of the day. This experience has been life-changing.

"It's been amazing. And thank you to everyone who voted."

Cheryl praised her "fantastic" act, telling Dermot O'Leary: "She's fantastic. She's grown and grown throughout the competition. She's special. I love her."

The loss leaves judge Cheryl with just one act left in the competition, 17-year-old Lauren Platt.

Lola's departure from the show follows the elimination of Jack Walton during Saturday's episode. The 18-year-old hopeful was kicked off the show, following a performance of Leona Lewis' Bleeding Love.

Talking about his experience on the ITV show, he said: "It's been absolutely amazing: a world away from what I'm used to and I've just loved it."
