Gemma Arterton has told how she felt nervous about the nude scenes in her film, The Disappearance Of Alice Creed.

Speaking at a special screening at The Soho Hotel in London, the actress, 24, said: "You just have to get on with it as it's all part of the job. We all have to do weird things in our jobs and for me that's one of mine."
