Glum looking Lily packs her bags and returns home after Christmas with her boyfriend

A glum looking Lily Allen braved the cold in a sleeveless top as she loaded bags of her belongings into a car outside her boyfriend's West London home.

The 22-year-old star, who recently revealed she was pregnant by the Chemical Brothers' Ed Simons, looked far from festive as she arrived back at her home in the north of the city after staying at his over the Christmas period.

Fresh from opening the Harrods sale on Friday, the Smile singer enlisted a taxi driver to help her unload carrier bags and holdalls which were taken into her flat.

Allen announced earlier this month that she was "thrilled" to be carrying Simons' baby, following a whirlwind romance.

She has long expressed hopes of being a mother, despite her young age, as she is very family-focused.

Her father, Robin Hood star Keith Allen, has six children with four women - the most recent being a daughter, Teddie, born last year.

She said recently that she plans to retire at the age of 25 and move to a farm in the country - but later said she had been talking rubbish.

Allen and Simons, 37, who have been together since September, were expected to move in together to care for the baby.

But perhaps he spotted the amount of Harrods bags the singer, who launched her own fashion line in the summer, brought back from the sales and decided there just wasn't enough room for any more of her designer clothes as well as baby accessories.
