Victoria Beckham is accustomed to setting trends, but this time she's taken a distinctly retro approach to fashion.

With oversized aviators, leather cap, black jacket and boots, it looked like Posh, who was flying back to London after a brief stint in LA, had taken style cues from 70s icon the Village People.

Of course, she still managed to add a touch of glamour to her biker look with a Chanel chain belt.

It's the second time in as many days that Beckham hit a low note when it comes to fashion.

During her Hollywood debut at the MTV Movie Awards, she discovered she was wearing exactly the same £350 Christian Louboutin high heels as actress Cameron Diaz.

Posh's hopes to conquer the US have also hit another bump - plans for her new reality series are now uncertain.

The filming schedule for the fly-on-the-wall show, which was set to follow the former singer's move to LA, has been thrown into chaos since David's return to the England side.

She recently told GMTV: "I do not want to miss any of David's games."

A source told US magazine People: "It is unlikely that the program will proceed as planned. It might end up being a one-hour special instead of a series."

An NBC executive said the future of the show is out of Victoria's hands: "Victoria had great fun filming and she had to make a decision about family or TV. It is up to the network what happens next."
