Single and sexy: Kym is making the most of her new-found single status following her split from husband of six years Jack Ryder

But the Hollyoaks star has some competition, as on Thursday Kim was seen cosying up to ex-footballer Lee in a casino after helping judge the Miss Manchester pageant.

A source said: "Kym looked sensational and Lee couldn't take his eyes off her.

"They make a very attractive couple and were really comfortable in each other's company."

Lothario Sharpe once dated glamour girl Abi Titmuss and is known to have a keen eye for the ladies.

A Sunday newspaper, reported that a spokeswoman from Coronation Street said: "Kym and Lee are old friends."

Kym, who plays Michelle Connor in the top soap, announced the end of her six-year marriage to former EastEnders heart-throb Jack Ryder, 26, eight weeks ago.

While her husband's career faltered after leaving the soap, Kym has made a successful transition from singing with reality TV pop group Hear'Say to acting in ITV soap Coronation Street.

The couple, who married in 2002, said there was no one else involved and the split was amicable.

In a statement they said: "With great sadness, Kym and Jack Ryder have decided to separate.

"Their separation is amicable and they remain friends with Jack continuing to see Kym's children, David and Emily."

The couple met at the BBC's studios in Elstree in 2001 while Jack was acting in EastEnders and Kym was appearing on Top of the Pops with Hear'Say.
