As one of three judges on The X Factor, she usually knows a winner when she sees one.

Which is why Sharon Osbourne has decided her new breasts won't be having a long-term future.

The 52-year-old mother of three is to have breast reduction surgery - only six months after having them enlarged to a 34DD.

Although her new shape has apparently been a winner with husband Ozzy, she believes it doesn't have star potential.

'The last thing I had done was my boobs,' she tells Gordon Ramsay in a forthcoming episode of his TV show The F Word.

'But I don't like them now, they're too big. I'm going to have them changed.'

Ramsay asked her what her husband thought about her decision.

'He likes them, but they're too big. Honestly, they weigh a lot,' she replies. If Mrs Osbourne does go under the knife again it will be the third time she has had plastic surgery to alter her cleavage.

She first had a breast reduction operation 20 years ago.

Since then she has spent £300,000 changing her looks.

She admits to having 'my breasts, legs and bottom lifted, a tummy tuck, the top of my thighs done and liposuction everywhere,' as well as, 'a full facelift, including my neck'. Yesterday, critics said her attitude to plastic surgery was too casual. Christine Williamson, from the pressure group Silicone Support UK, which has campaigned in the European Parliament for wider controls on plastic surgery for young patients, was aghast.

'By having all this plastic surgery she's not being a very good role model to all the young girls who watch The X Factor, because it makes girls see plastic surgery as the answer to their own insecurities,' she said.

'The more chances you take the greater the risk for disaster.' Ozzy Osbourne seemed more concerned about his wife's shortcomings in the kitchen on the show which will be shown on Channel 4 tomorrow.

He begs Ramsay to teach his wife to cook saying: 'Sharon happens to be the worst cook on the face of the earth. Gordon, would you do me a big favour?

'I'm fed up with having takeaways. Teach her to cook lamb chops with mint sauce.'
