The countryside comes to London
Think of spring and most of us would conjure up an image of sprightly lambs leaping around the green, daffodil-strewn fields of our countryside. Country Living magazine, however, would like us to think of British design. Enter the Country Living Spring Fair.
Aimed at bringing the very best of British countryside to the heart of London, this year's fair will be fresher and more imaginative than ever, with top independent artisans, designers and craftspeople brought together under the roof of the Design Centre in Islington.
Every aspect of the home will be covered, with creative craft ideas and inspiration for interiors and gardens. While the food and kitchenware hall will tantalize the taste buds and the new design emporium will show off the different styles new designers and craftsmen.
The fair offers a complete shopping extravaganza with music, entertainment, demonstrations and hundreds of inspiring ideas. Also, if visitors can't find exactly what they are looking for, many exhibitors will be happy to discuss commissioning a unique piece that can be made to order.
