TOWIE's Lauren and Mark to marry on show

Lauren Goodger and Mark Wright are set to marry on the next series of 'The Only Way Is Essex'.

The famously tumultuous couple - who dated on-off for 10 years before the 24-year-old playboy popped the question earlier this year - explained while Essex nuptials are likely to take place in the near future, co-star James 'Arg' Argent won't be getting the best man role.

Mark exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I definitely wouldn't rule out us getting married on the show. Whether it's in the next series or not, we'll have to see.

"But Arg is definitely not going to be my best man. He can stick to being the wedding singer, it's what he's best at."

However, Prince William and Kate Middleton had better watch out, as Lauren revealed as soon as the furore surrounding the royal wedding has died down she and Mark will start planning their own Essex-style royal nuptials.

She added: "We're just waiting for the Kate and Wills stuff to die down and then we'll have Essex's own royal wedding."
