Arsenal still confident of capturing £12m Nasri despite French clubs' dispute

Arsenal remain confident of completing the £12.5million signing of Samir Nasri from Marseille despite the French club remaining in dispute with Lyon over signing Hatem Ben Arfa as his replacement.

Ben Arfa intends to report for training at Marseille today, according to The Guardian, having insisted he would not return to Lyon, even though the French champions claim his transfer has not been finalised.

The matter may end up being settled by the French league.
