Tony Cottee is feeling sick at present and, apparently, it has nothing to do with Barnet's desperate slide down the Third Division table. Rumours regarding Cottee's Underhill future were fuelled by his absence at Brighton on Wednesday when the re-appearance of director of football John Still on the bench failed to spark a change in fortune for Barnet. The club have taken only five points from the last 11 games and it's difficult to make a case for anything other than more of the same tomorrow. Southend are still in the mix for a play-off place and the only crumb of comfort for Barnet is that the Shrimpers were made to look like prawns at home to Blackpool last weekend.
Verdict: SYMPTOMS PERSIST FOR COTTEE
