Benfica tell Scolari: You'll have to pay £24m for Olympic hero Di Maria

boss Luiz Felipe Scolari will have to look elsewhere after being told Argentinia midfielder Angel Di Maria will cost £24million if he is to leave Benfica in January.

The Blues have been keeping tabs on the 20-year-old over the summer and Di Maria kept them interested by scoring the only goal of the game in the Olympic Games final to see off Nigeria and claim a second successive gold medal for his country.
