Chelsea coach Antonio Conte has urged Alvaro Morata and Marcos Alonso not to change their game even though they are just one yellow card from a ban.

Morata and Alonso have both been booked four times this term and will be given an automatic one-match suspension if they pick up another in the next few weeks.

The Football Association changed the cut off point for the five yellow card mark this season to 19 league games rather than December 31st, which is what it used to be.

However, that still means the duo have three more League games, plus the Carabao Cup tie against Bournemouth next week, to stay out of trouble.

But when asked if he was concerned about the situation, Conte told Standard Sport: “I think this is part of their job.

"To receive a yellow card is normal. When it happens to take another yellow card, they stay out and we try to find another solution.”

Alonso has started every league game this season, while Morata has established himself firmly as Chelsea’s first-choice centre forward with nine goals in the top flight.
