Arsenal will offer Dinamo Zagreb £6 million for defender Tin Jedvaj, it was reported today.

The 17-year-old Croat has already trained with the national team and is regarded as the country's most highly-rated player since Luka Modric.

Arsene Wenger is keen to sign the teenager and is willing to pay more than the £5 million offered by Roma, which was rejected by Dinamo Zagreb earlier this week, according to The Sun.

Wenger has also been linked to Swansea centre-half Ashley Williams, but has been put off by the Welsh club's £10 million valuation of the 28-year-old.
