Colombia and Porto striker Jackson Martinez has revealed he would jump at the chance to join Arsenal.
The 27-year who scored twice in Colombia's 2-0 win over Japan at the World Cup, admitted that his future is up in the air with his agent talking to various clubs - hinting that Arsenal could be one.
“I know that there have been discussions, but still no agreements," said the forward who netted 46 goals for Porto in two seasons.
“My agent is taking care of my future, right now I’m at the World Cup and only after the World Cup I’ll evaluate proposals.
“As a child I cheered for Arsenal, they play a game that suits me. If I had the occasion to play there, I would say yes.”
Martinez has a £35m buyout clause and has previously attracted interest from clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United and Napoli.
